CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid card is required to book all appointments. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service • Same-day cancellations & no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. I stand by my work and will gladly make any adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. Refunds are not offered. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. If you are experiencing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible 🤍
